In the summer of 2019, the Cedar Valley Ex-Press Food Truck came to be.
The Cedar Valley Seminary Foundation partnered with Bradley Ringhofer to create a restaurant on wheels. Chef Bradley is the Ex-Press Food Truck & Education Manager.
You can find the Cedar Valley Ex-Press Food truck all over northern Iowa from early Spring to late Fall.

Bradley Ringhofer has been a chef on the West Coast, the Midwest, and more. Bringing a unique flair to cuisine, he creates amazing hand crafted artisan burgers, hot dogs, and hand-cut fries, to name a few. One of Bradley's passions is helping at the local schools, teaching students skills in
the kitchen.
